To begin , I noticed the rudeness my 1st time coming here, but chose to overlook their ways because I like how they do nails. However, my second visit, the owner was extremely rude for no reason. So people such as these nail techs that displays such rudeness and disrespect have deep inner issues and not really happy or at peace with themselves. How you treat people is a reflection of how you feel about yourself. So I pray for them with hopes that they find inner peace that will potentially bring about change in how the conduct business and treat customer. Be bless❤️

Only reason I am giving two starts is because My nails came out cute. The Tech was mango but service was trash. Staff was rude. Salon smelled strong of chemicals so because of the rudeness and chemical smell I opted out my pedicure. I’m glad I did because I found a better salon anyways. Acrylic nails

I came back for the 3rd time, to give them the benefit of the doubt. They are not the friendlyist. My pedicure was not as described on the cost sheet, and the massage was 2 minutes vs. the 10 it should have been. I hope the owner reads this. Sadly I won’t return, it is so close to my home so I was hoping it would improve.

Fairly new & really nice salon. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Got the nexgen dip powder & the work was mediocre. My nails are not smooth at all. They look very lumpy. Make sure you get a really good nail tech.

If I could give no stars I would. They areVery rude from the first day I used to come here I just came because they were convenient and I was new to the area needed a new nail shop it’s been 2 years I barley go because they always gave me the blues very rude andthey all protect Louis like he’s the God of the shop he refuses to do nails anytime he wants he refused to do my nails after making an appointment and settling it I was 20 mins early he has turned me down countless times after setting appointments and also told the other girls in the shop to turn me away and will all laugh I was never rude or disrespectful always went and tipped even let home freestyle so many times at whatever cost he choose he was very rude turned me away on the day of my birthday and my the day before wedding I wouldn’t ever go here cause the service is horrible they are all rude and act like high school says rude racist comments
