This was my first time here and it was a great experience. Tina did my gel French pedicure and it came out AMAZING! Cindy did my dip French ombré nails and they are also AMAZING! I took me 25 min to drive to Cocos. Lots of backups and construction. When I got to Coco’s the door sign said in big bold black marker “$20 fee if using credit card”. The salon is beautiful and clean. I walked up to the receptionist and she couldn’t find my appointment with Steven. I said I made an appointment at 4pm w/Steven. She said he will be booked till closing. I was so upset I left. I Drove all the way back home . . this time there was backed up traffic. Very disappointed . . especially the $20 credit/debit card fee.

Walked in for a much needed post Winter pedicure. This place was bright, clean and welcoming. I’ve only had a handful of pedicures in my life and this one was divine. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure and it was exactly the pampering I’ve needed. Took about an hour, I melted into the massage chair, the hot stone massage was amazing. Walked out with soft, happy feet and totally relaxed.

I enjoyed this place for a year. Until I couldn’t take it anymore. My Mom is Disabled from her stroke so my nail tech Steven thought to talk about her in their language and laughed which was clearly evident. I let him know that I knew what was happening and I didn’t like it. He stood up and said he wasn’t doing my nails. I spoke with Quinn the owner she said she’d rectify the situation. WHICH TURNED INTO A DISCRIMINATION SCENE ever since…. The place is overpriced but it’s clean. So when we went back after trying other spots. 3rd visit into us going back the brother of the owner kept circling my nail tech Emily and I who is new and amazing. So we’re just talking and he asks me what did I say I asked him why would he think I was talking to you when we were clearly engaged in conversation. I let him know that I wasn’t talking to him. He then sat next to us in the adjoined station and we continued our conversation. Then he gets up and walks to the register while staring at my Mom that is next to the register showing me her nails. Then he proceeds to walk back to where Emily and I were and asks me am I talking to him. I asked him again why do you think I’m talking to you. He said I keep looking at him and I let him know that I looked up because someone was in my presence. He started hollering YOU LOOKED AT ME SO I THOUGHT YOU WERE TALKING TO ME. It was very thuggish. My nail tech messed up on my design because she was under pressure from her boss and his gang. I had to call my Husband in just to pay and get away from there. Very sad how you all treat JoJo she’s amazing. And the shop would be lacking a lot of she wasn’t present. No respect for black Women. They also own the Concord pharmacy located next to Chuck e Cheese. I also have videos of the altercation. I spoke with Quinn again about this incident. She apologized for her brother. And told me she’d talk to Jo Jo and she’ll have her get in touch with me. Very unprofessional our bill was $205 which I had no issue with paying for what I want but when I spend that kind of money I need to be respected as such…. Unsatisfied Business Owner

After My 3rd Time Coming I Will Not Be Returning.. Not Only Did Steve A Male Employee Yell At Me … Because I Asked If Someone Could Fix My Nails To The Receptionist & Not Him After My Services .. Mind You I Am A Female & Visibly 7 Months Pregnant. I Was Offered A Gift Card For The Unprofessional Attitude Of The Employee.. & I Was Told That The Money I Spent For The Design Would Go To The Person Fixing My Nails The Next Day & The Gift Card Was Mine For A Future Use .. I Went To Get My Nails Fixed & The Male Receptionist Was Hostile From The Situation Previously .. Even With Him Not Being There .. Telling Me That They Are Not Copy Cats .. I Said If It Couldn’t Be Done Say That .. Don’t Just Take My Money . So I Get My Nails Fixed & They Tried Charging Me $50 To Get Them Fixed .. Which Was My Total Gift Card Amount … So I’m Total $150 For A Gel Mani & Pedi & A Design On My Nails … Which Was An Additional $25 The First Time ..This Establishment IS GREEDY $75 For A Design … Yeah Okay … ✌
