Since the new management service is going down hill quickly. The salon is unkept, staff is very cold and unwelcoming. Coco Nails $ Spa was a wonderful place with great customer service and wonderful nail technicians. Today I had to do my own nails, as I was coughing because of the residue on her table. The nail technician could not understand that I want alternate colors and could not paint a simple flower. Icing on the cake was when she over charged me. Will not be returning, shame it was a very nice place before the turn over.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have came here for the past 2 years and have never experienced this kind of service. The man did not know how to take my previous nails off from before and tried to put a fake nail over top of it! After I said something about it not being my real nail he ripped it off with tweezers and went to my next hand. No apology not a wipe. I had to ask for a cotton tip and when I asked for someone else he grabbed my hand and continued to try and finish my nails. I have came here for the past 2 years and have never experienced this kind of service. The man did not know how to take my previous nails off from before and tried to put a fake nail over top of it! Stay away from this salon! The nails look like a 5 year old did it! Awful and ugly! Talked to the manager they would like to fix it but at this point there is no way this is fixable! Please save your money and go to a professional!! This place is NOT it!!

I won’t be going back to this nail salon. For starters they took another customer before me that had come in after I already picked out my colors. Then the lady that did my nails didn’t do a good job. I still had clipped cuticles hanging from my fingers and she didn’t even smooth out the acrylic nails. The worst part about the visit was the nail tech cut my cuticles too far back and had two of my fingers bleeding. This place does not care about their customers or making sure they have a good experience.

I went there today, I was told I could not get the shade of green I wanted, so I got green “cat eye” look. On my one finger the cat eye wasn’t turning out right, instead of the guy fixing it he keep putting another layer of polish on. My nail looks like a 2 year old painted it, all sloppy and thick, very uneven. The guy who was doing my nails wasn’t paying attention to me, kept talking with another guy and laughing, probably at me. Charged me $48.00 and gave me a $3 off coupon. I won’t be back to use it. This place is as bad as Sparkle. I have pictures but can’t post them.
