Omg I have never heard of a pedicure where they paint your feet first and then I had to ask “are you not going to wash and soak my feet”, to which they replied yes after we paint. So after my feet were fully painted then she dipped my feet quickly in and out of the water and gave a very quick scrub. They didn’t even clean under my nails, nor were my feet ever really soaked. NEVER going back to this place again!

ZERO stars for this place. I’ve been going to this Salon for years, but then management changed about a year ago and the service is HORRIBLE. They Asian woman who makes the appointment is friendly but over books the nail salon and does not have the staff to support clients. The 2 Spanish women who worked for the previous owners have really nasty attitudes, a trait they never showed when they worked for Sara and her mother. No one in there can do nails. They burn my fingers under the uv light, rough bumpy and uneven. Terrible foot massage, don’t do what you ask , rush through the service, constant bickering and complaining coming from the Latina’s – Linda and the younger one with the Asian coworkers in front of customers . I foresee this place going out of business unless management get rid of the dead weight and hire ppl who are professional and courteous to their clients. NEVER GOING BACK THERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Get service somewhere where you can actually relax and fell secure knowing that the ppl taking care of you know how to do their jobs in a professional manner.

This service normally takes 40 minutes or more and she was done in 20 minutes. My nails were barely filed and rough. I wish the outcome was different.Service: Gel manicures

Went there for my fisrt time for a gel manicure they told me to pick a color i did twice they were like no no good .. i finally pucked a “good one”. They were not busy at all but the lady was rushing and kept saying to get a powder manicure i was like no next time. She finally finished the manicure, it was dark so i didn’t really get to see it until i got home and i already see it chipping… Btw she burned me twice
