I have been a regular at Coco nails, however the last appointment I had I left very unhappy. The mail tech was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. She argued with me saying I had tips on when I didn’t… I was also charged $80 for a mediocre job. I wanted to keep my nails round, but the nail tech made them square because of the design I wanted. However, I have gotten this design done on round nails before. I also had to ask to put more coats on the sparkle nails because you could barely see it. Again, the nail tech was annoyed that I asked.

When this salon first opened, I enjoyed going. I was there every 3 weeks for either a pedicure or a gel manicure. Unfortunately now it is not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. Yesterday I had a 3:00 appointment for a pedicure. The place was packed, not one available nail tech. I was seated pretty quickly and waited 20 minutes till I asked someone how much longer I would be waiting. I can understand 5 or 10 minutes but it’s clear this salon has no regard for the word “appointment”. They either just continue to take appointments, walk ins and/or add on services to customers already there. All the staff are rushing around like chickens with their heads cut off. I can’t even say it was worth the wait. I won’t be back to this salon.

This salon was great when it first opened, not so much anymore. I scheduled two pedicures one for my pregnant daughter and myself. Our appointment was at 4 o’clock by 4:15 they were putting polish on us already. Not very relaxing at all barely scrubbed at the feet and we left there with crooked nails, uneven polish on the toes and dry skin. 70 bucks and it wasn’t even relaxing for my daughter or myself. Then I didn’t tip because I was so aggravated and they actually chased me out the door asking if I was going to tip, pretty brazen if you ask me. We are not going there anymore.

I walked in yesterday for a full set of nails, waxing of my lip and eyebrows, and a pedicure. The pedicure was done nicely. I had a full set put on and I was not pleased, at all, with the experience, plus I felt like I was being disrespected The waxing is incomplete. I felt like I was bothering her or I was asking to much. And to top it off she got wax in my hair.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe place is clean and pretty but the quality of the services continue to disappoint. The staff shut you out if you don’t choose more expensive services or continuously engage with them during the service. Sometimes I just want to sit and read while I’m getting a pedicure…my gel pedicure didn’t dry enough and when I got home fuzz from my socks were stuck to the polish. The place is clean and pretty but the quality of the services continue to disappoint. The staff shut you out if you don’t choose more expensive services or continuously engage with them during the service. Been here a handful of times and will never go anywhere else, absolutely love COCO NAILS!!! I’ve had different nail techs and they all have been consistent and thorough. It’s so relaxing and enjoyable the staff are super friendly and nice.

I have been to coco nails a handful of times but today I didn’t have much time so I walked in to get a regular pedicure. BIG mistake!! My two year old could’ve done a better job. I have to agree with previous comments about the quality of the service when you choose a regular pedicure instead of doing a more expensive service. I will not be going back. What a waste of time and money!!

Not sure where all of the reviews raving about this place comes from. Unless you are paying for the higher packages they offer, you are rushed through your entire appointment. I went for a pedicure and within 13 minutes of walking in was already rushed out of the chair waiting for my feet to dry. If you decline the service offering you more than a regular pedi, there is no need to continue to push the menu on you and insist you pick something more. Don’t let the appearance of this place fool you, they are all about the money.
