I’ve been going to Coco’s Salon for close to a year. They run a very professional business, have quality product and work incredibly hard. However, my experience with the young man who works there (on 2 different occasions) was so bad that I never want to go there again. I could tell he harbored negative feelings toward me from the start but always hoped I would get the young lady, Suzy, to take care of me (I don’t think they let you make a request for who does your nails). The last 2 times I went to Coco’s the young man did my nails. The first time was not exactly unpleasant but not a nice relaxing pleasant experience either. Yesterday was a different story; he couldn’t hide his disdain for me. Sometimes I have trouble picking out colors (and they do not offer any recommendations or opinions on the matter) and yesterday I forgot that the regular pedicure (not gel) is done with different polish from the gel manicure that I get. That meant I had to leave the pedicure chair to pick out another color. He actually yelled at me! There was an intense negative aura around him (focused on me) throughout the rest of my experience. It normally wouldn’t bother me but he was so brazen about it that it really bummed me out and I couldn’t shake the bad feeling all night. I just couldn’t account for or make sense of his behavior. I’m switching salons because I NEVER want to be around that man again.

I was able to get a same day appointment. Very clean, bright and pleasant atmosphere. The gentleman who did my nails was efficient, doing a whole set in 45 minutes and it looks great! A welcomed quiet experience in todays busy world:)

Very poor quality! Not to mention half the time the person was on the phone AND I was quoted $55 and was charged $62 Won’t be going back. I don’t even know if they will hold up more than a day if that. Highly disappointed!! Dip powder

I have had two very bad experiences with the man I believe is the owner. First time I scheduled pedicures for my husband and me. We showed up, he put my husbands feet in the water, then told us we had the wrong date. We didn’t. He did. He had put the appts in his book on the wrong day. He started yelling and told us to leave. This was rather embarrassing since we didn’t understand what happened at first. Yesterday I scheduled a pedi, got there and bc I was running late asked for a polish only which didn’t seem to be a problem. That night I received a text from him telling me not to come back. I did not know why but assume he was angry that I changed from pedi to polish. He gets very angry (his English is very

I have been here three times now for pedicures. These folks cannot be more professional, pleasant and accommodating. They do the best pedicures and I ALWAYS leave there relaxed and happy with the result. The place is scrupulously clean and just a lovely, peaceful shop. I will be back often.
