Honesty IS the Key!
This was my first time here. I really wanted to like them. The girls are all very nice, but I will probably not go back. Very dissatisfied with my $45 dollar pedicure. She made my toes bleed & tried to cover them up. Half the time she was up and down trying to take care of others.

I originally asked for ombre nails but they couldn’t do it. So I asked for the obvious picture below and this is what I got. I didnt want the sparkles but I ended up getting them anyway because the pink powder was oddly seeping to the white tips. I was told by the owner that it was suppose to be that way… It looked awful. Really disappointed. If you come here only get standard one color nails. They’re not good with designs. I come here often and for a while I made this my go to spot. The staff are relatively friendly. One staff member particularly named Amy goes above and beyond. Unfortunately when I’m paying $50.00 to have my nails done my expectation is to walk out satisfied and unfortunately I was not. Like most nails salons I felt obligated to tip but this is my last experience here. Great service is important and unfortunately so is a good diversity of designs and styles. I will not be back here.

Nice owner & nail tech but quality of work is not good. Went there to redo my nails because the other nail salon I went to didn’t do a good job. I didn’t expect my acrylic gel nails would only last for 2 days (6 nails fell off the next day!). Owner asked me to come back to correct their work but I decided to go somewhere else as I am disappointed with the quality of their work.

I love Coco Nails and Amy has made a point to assure my comfort and give quality service since I started going here a year ago. My previous salon kept getting bigger and louder and was no longer a relaxing environment. Many of the technicians wouldn’t listen to my requests and were very rough with my hands, fingers, toes and nails and when I brought it up they’d shrug and say it must be that way.
