First, they took white towel, which one been used for someone before me ( not washed). Then she took plastic nail and Squeeze between the my nail and jell nail try to rip off jell nail. It was so painful, feels like she ripping my nails!!! One Of my nail was ripped to the half , and start bleeding. Then she took glue and poor some glue on ripped nail.
