I don’t recommend this place at all!! They pass me a really bad infection in my toe! Know I’m dealing with the consequences I can’t wear no socks or close shoes because of the pain! I went to the doctor already and they told me the infection is so bad that I can get my nail taken off!! But for now I’m on antibiotics to see if that would help and as well fungus on my feet and nails I will never come back to this place and don’t recommend people to come here as well don’t let the same thing happen to y’all!! And it was the old guy.

I just waited 2 hours to get my nails done after Ivy told me 5 pm when I finished getting my pedicure done she said she took someone else after staring me in My face for 2hours knowing I was waiting on her. I will never go here again after a year of coming they have really bad communication skills.

I went here on a Monday and had my nails done by the lady to the left when you walk thru the door. She did a good job, but it seem like she has old clients and don’t wish to have new ones. The lady that did my feet did a great job. I don’t like how the younger guy who took my payment tried to make me give more than a tip I was already giving. One of my nails broke on Tuesday after 5 so I went in on Wednesday morning to have it repaired and the older man did a horrible job and they charge a nail repair fee even if you just left two days before.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone interested in getting their nails dipped in powder. I’ve given this place at least 3 chances to get it right. Each time I’ve gone there, my nails started popping off after the 5th or 6th day. You would think that I got press-on nails. And the older guy, I forget his name, drills into my cuticles each time he does my nails, leaving my fingers sore. It’s my fault for going back a few more times, as I am normally in a hurry and just trying to get my nails done. But yeah, I’ll go to Sky Nails & Lounge from now on, which is where my daughter goes.

Normally I love their business but today was the absolute last time I will attempt to give my money. I walked in was informed to come back an hour and a half later so I informed the lady I would be back at 2. I get back before 2 and I’m told now they don’t take appointments and I have to wait fr 3 people to finish and he doesn’t know why I was told that. I’m never ok with a business who can’t honor what they set forward and for that reason I will never return. There are numerous nail techs who do amazing work please don’t waste your time with such unprofessional people.

This will most likely be the last time I come to this nail salon. All of the workers and nail technicians are worthless expect for Ivy. I came in on Sunday and had the most horrible experience since I’ve been going there for the past year and half. I try a different nail technician because Ivy doesn’t work on Sunday. Not only was she rude, but she no clue how to take off my nail without soaking it in acetone . I asked her to wrap the finger in foil with the cotton ball because my real nail was sensitive. She made a big spectacle out the situation and refused to do my nails. She literally walked away and started on another lady nails without telling me anything. Another nail tech came and finished taking off my nails after I asked what happened . She never apologize and was absolutely disgustingly rude. I ended up leaving after she took my nails off and went to Tic Tac nails that did an awesome job. This place turned into your typical Asian nail salon that don’t appreciate and treat their customers right but quick to snatch our money. Ivy may be the only reason I come back but if I do it will strictly be with her because she never treated me this way.
