Critical: QualityThis place has such great potential but unfortunately, some of the techs don’t do a good job. I went in for a dip powder manicure and the whole thing felt rushed. The man who did my nails didn’t seem to care that my nails were lumpy and uneven. I had them take off acrylic nails before getting power. I had to ask my tech to remove more of the acrylic and ask if I could wash my hands before he began the powder. There was so much acrylic still under my nails I had to use a nail brush for a long time to get it out. The guy went so fast doing my nails it was obvious he was just trying to get me out the door and move on to the next customer. I asked for a simple manicure with a few flowers. I was the only one in there and she rushed through it and instead of painting the flowers she put stickers on. It bunched up the paint and she didn’t even try to fix it. $20 for something I could have done at home and will probably peel off by the end of the day.

The service was great, but the price they charged me made no sense. A kids mani/pedi is $35 and a deluxe pedicure is $40, but somehow they got to $120 for my overall price. They couldn’t explain it in a way that added up, and I’m extremely unhappy. This ended up being significantly more than the $75-$80 that I was expecting based on their listed prices.

They did SUCH a good job I was very impressed! I rarely get my nails done because I have not found a place that does them right. I usually end up with cuts on my fingers and the length or design being wrong. I came here and they did an amazing job with the length and design and I also left with no cuts on my fingers!! I got a design on every nail and it was only $55 which is such a good price. I loved it here and I will definitely come back!!
