I got my nails done by molly and loved them. But then i asked for a brow cleanup like i have before, and she took off a majority of my natural brow without my permission. My brows are now extremely uneven and scarily thin, the day before my prom. I was extremely upset and disappointed with this whole experience, because brows take so long to grow back and I loved my natural shape. I don’t know why she would do this without first asking me.

Me and my wife have tried to use this place on several different occasions, each time we are turned away because “they don’t have time”. They don’t never offer any other option. They don’t say you need to make an appointment or you can wait but it’ll be awhile- nothing. These people do not like serving black people. They don’t even care that they lose our business, it’s sad the way they treat you.

Great experience. I never had to wait for too long, even if I was just a walk-in. The manicure / pedicure stays on for a pretty long time. I tried all the nail places in Lake Zurich and this is my favorite.
