If I could give this place a negative 0 I would. I arrived at 1240pm and I sat waiting for a pedicure with my feet in the water over an hour waiting. This is bad for service.. when I ask why I am waiting this long.., the young lady stated that we only have one that can do a pedicure.. this lady was doing designs on another lady that came in after me.. I will never come here again.. bad business.

Val and Angie are awesome! BUT I WITNESSED the manager CoCo taking Angelas money after I tipped her. … she’s very money hungry and unprofessional, she was arguing with me to give her $10 extra when she told me a certain price when I asked the first time! I won’t be back ! You won’t get my hard earned money again !!!! It was my bday weekend at that … was appalled she took the young ladies MONEY smh….. My experience was absolutely horrible! Actually, I went to this nail shop several times because I liked the way my nail technician did nail art. Everything else was questionable! First, most of the time I ended up waiting as long as an hour to receive service. This was due to the fact that there were only two, maybe three people working in the shop. I found that to be extremely odd for a nail shop. However, as time went on I witnessed the personality of the Manager, Coco, to be very, very rude! Down right nasty! I wouldn’t want to work for someone like that. The straw that broke the camel’s back for me was I tried the eyelashes for the first time. I asked how long they typically last and I was told two weeks. Well, two days later mine were coming off and I did what I was suppose to do to maintain them for the maximum time. I went back to the shop and showed the Manager, who did my eyelashes and she said we can’t guarantee how long they will last. Come on now two days!!!! If nothing but providing quality customer service! Well, she does not have to worry about it because I will never set foot in that shop again! You should think twice before going also!

I just came back a month later and they are telling me I have gel on my toes after I explained I didn’t multiple times. I see the bad reviews here and when I walked in the place was empty with only the owner working and I thought that was a red flag. However, she was friendly and accommodating giving an honest opinion on the options I had. A bit pricey but for the outcome of my overlay, pedicure & eyebrows plus her taking her time, I am a very happy customer looking great for my birthday weekend 🙂 🙂
