Critical: QualityEvery time I do an acrylic manicure here they make me bleed when they file and clip my cuticles. Last time it was one finger, this time it was two. After she wiped away the blood on my middle finger, it didn’t stop and she just painted over the dried blood. She didn’t file the edges or clean them correctly when she was done and there were frays coming off the sides, I came home and filed them myself. My nails are not the same length especially the ring fingers as pictured. And lastly the tech didn’t even offer me cuticle oil after making me bleed and I had to ask for it. Every time I do an acrylic manicure here they make me bleed when they file and clip my cuticles. Last time it was one finger, this time it was two. After she wiped away the blood on my middle finger, it didn’t stop and she just painted over the dried blood. She didn’t file the edges or clean them correctly when she was done and there were frays coming off the sides, I came home and filed them myself. She left a lot of stuff under my nails that i had to repeatedly ask her to remove, and she rushed me picking out the color and I ended up not liking it. The paint job looks like something I could’ve done myself. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAMAZING! I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. This place is great. I made an appointment. They were on time. They were very organized. I was in and out in an hour with a powder dip manicure and pedicure. They were so friendly. I was highly impressed with the nails they haven’t broke yet. AMAZING! I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. This place is great. I made an appointment. They were on time. They were very organized. I was in and out in an hour with a powder dip manicure and pedicure. They were so friendly. I was highly impressed with the nails they haven’t broke yet. I plan on making this my regular spot.
