It pains me to leave this review because usually I have a great experience. Last Thursday I went in to get a full set and the woman who began the nails was very rushed and just simply not taking time to detail. My thumbnail was so incredibly crooked that I didn’t think there was a chance for it to be fixed without being completely removed and re-positioned. Then without notice she got up grabbed her purse and said somebody else would be taking care of me and out the door she went. The next lady who I believe to be the owner was extremely professional and thorough but unfortunately two days later I had several of my nails begin to lift, which has never been a problem before. I have an extremely busy schedule so I did not have time to go back in to get them fixed so I ended up buying some nail glue. I do not believe the lifting was the fault of the second lady but rather the first due to her rushing and not doing a thorough job in prepping my nails. I paid $55 for the set and just did not expect lifting after two days

Today 9/08/22 was a amazing trip to CoCo Nail Spa the staff was so kind and friendly ❤️. We had 3 kids and 2 adults. We set up the appointment yesterday to come in today. We were so lucky it was not busy at the moment. Very clean nail spa. I fully recommend this location. Thank you so much for all the wonderful laughs today. We never get our nails done. We have a event and they really came through for us today.

Nice people and they do good work, but as expensive as this place is, they shouldn’t use an electric nail file to remove polish. This happened to me twice, two different people removed regular and gel polish that way. Also, this place needs more ventilation.

the workers are super polite. theres a boar with fun, interesting facts so you arent bored. the music in the background makes it very lively. the nail techs are very experienced and didnt hurt me. i have very sensetive nails but didnt get hurt at all. 5/5 id totally go here again

I highly recommend Coco’s, they have never disappointed me. One day they were completely booked so I went somewhere else, biggest mistake. I ended up with ingrown toenails. Of course Coco’s removed them. Next time I will wait and come back the next day. Pedicure
