I went in on Wednesday and by Sunday my acrylic gel nails had completely came off! I spent an arm and a leg in there for my nails to be super thick and fall off the day of my goddaughters baptism! When I spoke to the manager Kevin he told me to come in and they will fix them! Absolutely not! I shouldn’t have to return after the first botched up job! They do amazing eyebrows and pedicures but anything else don’t go there. If I don’t get my money back I’m disputing it with the credit card company!

Clean and spacious. Spa pedicure and manicure. Gel polish. Walked in (no appointment) right at opening time and they started my pedicure right away. Nail tech was experienced and gentle. No harsh scrubbing or cutting/filing. Very quiet with unnecessary chit chat. I enjoyed my relaxing in massage chair. Friendly service no issues. Price was a bit higher than normal but I was happy with services.

Critical: QualityI spent $110 for the enhanced nails and in less than 24 hours 2 of the nails fell off and another one is cracked about to fall off. I was typing on a computer not doing anything strenuous. I got them done for vacation and cannot go back to get them fixed and I asked for a refund because they were poorly done not to mention the pinky nail on my left hand looks like it’s trying to get away from the rest of my hand. They said I can’t get a refund but I can come in after my vacation to get them fixed. How does that help me? So im supposed to spend my entire vacation with 2 nails missing? Their pedicures are good but I won’t be going back and disputed this with my credit card company. If you spend that kind of money I’d expect it to last more than 20 hours. This was a horrible experience. I asked for a natural look, but the lashes were so thick they blocked my vision and looked like furry caterpillars. The shape and fullness was horrible.. I asked for them to be removed and they took off more than half my natural lashes. I offered to pay for lash removal, but 2 men- The very nasty manager and owner blocked the door, intimidated me and forced me to sign charge and pay for half the lashes after removing most of my own. I will be reporting him to them to the better business bureau!

Absolutely awful experience!!! Would never go back. Called ahead and made an appointment for my daughter, my mom and I. Waited over 50 mins in the pedicure chair and no one touched us or said a word. Finally someone came over and did my daughter and left. They had no one else for us and just said sorry…..

During my recent experience I felt as though my requests were not heard and I was rushed along, it was very frustrating. Also I really was not satisfied with my manicure , though they did fix my nails after I called to complain . The photos shown are after the correction and it is still messy.

I had a massage at Coco Nail & Spa last week and the massage therapist was VERY INAPPROPRIATE and made me feel EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! When I reported the incident to the spa I got no response from the owner or manager. It is apparent to me that they don’t care. In my opinion, a massage here is very risky.
