Rudest people imaginable especially the receptionist who treated my girlfriends 12 year old horribly and the next day my girlfriend. Nobody there who should work in any customer service let alone a salon. Overly expensive. $309 for mani pedi and some eyelash work plus tip! Burned her eyes so much she had to ask to stop. They did a very poor job on everything. Eyelashes did nothing. Didn’t file back of feet. And they complained about a huge tip on top of bad services. Never go. Period. Go somewhere that they appreciate your business, smile, take care of the customer, redo things that were done poorly, and dont make you feel cheap by only giving them $40 in tip. And make sure they have fired the receptionist and brought in new management and lowered their prices.

Disappointed. Went for a gel manicure a week ago and the paint is already completely cracked on at least one nail and TWO nails it has already chipped off. Gel usually lasts me 3 weeks in perfect condition only taken off due to nail growth. Not a great look especially for the price! Gel manicures, Manicure

I intentionally went on a Monday for a luxurious pedicure & picked one (cranberry) that was quite pricy and included 20 minute hot stone massage. After starting the pedicure, the technician said she would do hot stones for 10 minutes and the rest a regular massage. I showed her the menu and indicated I purchased that because of the 20 min. of hot stones. She was not pleased, used lukewarm stone w little pressure. I’ve gone to this location for some time. I intentionally went on a Monday for a luxurious pedicure & picked one (cranberry) that was quite pricy and included 20 minute hot stone massage. After starting the pedicure, the technician said she would do hot stones for 10 minutes and the rest a regular massage. I have been hesitant to let this secret out, but hey, everyone is so stressed lately, so yes, I have to say that these folks have the Best Massage around! Professional massage tables, aromatherapy during session and the prices make it easy to tip appropriately for the service received, making it a win-win situation!

Whenever business opened back up in the midst of the pandemic everyone was so friendly and practically begging for business. Some are still friendly and nice to customers. Whenever business opened back up in the midst of the pandemic everyone was so friendly and practically begging for business. Some are still friendly and nice to customers.
