My sister and I came for a mani/pedi and I had a nice older lady take care of me and my sister got the owner/manager. I had good experience with my technician but my sister got extensions done by the owner and she did a horrendous job. It might be rude to deny service by her, but honestly, you’ll regret it and waste your money if you don’t. Ask for other technicians if you want a good experience.

I barely ever give reviews but I really feel like this place deserves one… I made an appointment online for 6:30pm, I got there 10minutes earlier and waited by the front desk until someone would come to greet me and check on me. However, I waited for a few minutes when one staff member said I should check in an fill in the form lying on the desk, which I did. Then I waited again for someone to tell me where to go or what to do. Eventually, the manager (she was working on someone else) yelled over what I wanted, and I repeated that I was there for my 6:30 appointment that clearly no one was aware of. The manager was super rude to me and told me to sit down and wait, and asked me for like 3 times what my appointment was for. While I was seated I was watching the manager who continued to VERY rude to her employees and it made me feel super uncomfortable. I immediately checked online to see other reviews and could immediately relate to most of them which are mainly negative! I ended up waiting for 30 minutes.. my shellac manicure was okay (some nailpolish on the skin but nothing too bad) but the place does not keep any hygiene standards! She used the same towel for me that she used for the client before me and there were some nail parts lying on the desk where she was doing my nails. She also complained to her employee for changing out the towels after every client, as „she didn’t like that“!!!!! To be fair, she was fairly nice once she started working on my nails, but overall the experience was very poor and I will not return to this nail studio!

I see a lot of bad reviews on here, but I actually had a very good experience. I walked in for a pedicure, no appointment, and the lady who assisted me was very nice. The place looked clean and well maintained. Fair prices. I’m happy with what I got.

The lady who did my shellec nail was so professional and did a great job cleaning up cuticles & all. I thought they did a wonderful job and I will definitely be coming back since I live close by. I think their overall review is probably low here perhaps because the definition of “customer service” in Asian culture can sometimes be seen as “bad service” in the west.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but this was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I had acrylics removed and dip powder put on. The woman pried off my acrylics one by one quickly to the point where I could see bruises start to form under my nails. I was wincing in pain. She charges 15$ for the acrylic removal process. There were no dip color swatches so I had to look at piles of dip powders and guess what the color would look like. She insisted that I have acrylics because my nails were too small, so I had to insist multiple times during the appt that I wanted my natural length. The dip application was sloppy and I had to file them myself when I got home. It has only been a week and 2 of my nail’s dip completely fell off.

The lady that did my nails which I think was the owner (if I’m not mistaken) did a bad job on doing my refill and on top of that, she was using her phone while doing my nails. Like if she didn’t care and was more interested on looking at whatever she was looking at on her phone then doing my nails. Honestly they should just closed down this nail salon. I’m never going back here.

If I could get my money back I would! She did such a rush job, she cut my finger twice the second one you can’t see in the picture because she painted over it, my nails are crooked, and when I told her to paint just the tips with the sparkly color she said she was going to charge me an extra five dollars because that’s French. I have always gotten my nails done at multiple different salons A colored tip painted and they have never charged me ever because French tip they put white tips for your nails not do a regular acrylics and paint it white tip. So I just wasted $43 to be extremely upset with my nails. Biggest mistake ever do not go here!!!!
