Positive: Punctuality, ValueI’ve gone to a Coco a few times now. It’s been good almost every time. I wanted to give it 5 stars but honestly, it tends to depend on who does your manicure. I’ve had a few girls rush my no chip manicures and they don’t look good at all. But I’ve also gone and had the most attentive care and attention to details. A few times ago I went and Mary did my no chip design manicure and was outstanding (pictured). She was so careful and attentive and kept asking if it was to my liking. I’ve gone to a Coco a few times now. It’s been good almost every time. I wanted to give it 5 stars but honestly, it tends to depend on who does your manicure. I’ve had a few girls rush my no chip manicures and they don’t look good at all. But I’ve also gone and had the most attentive care and attention to details. Critical: QualityI would not recommend this place. They’re so aggressive with the grinder and one of the nail techs ground my nail down to the skin. All of my nails were hurting after the manicure because she was just grinding them way too much. And that was not the only time – my nails had hurt after a manicure from previous visits with different staff, and I wasn’t sure why until I realized that they were just grinding my nails way too much.Services: Dip powder, ManicureI would not recommend this place. All of my nails were hurting after the manicure because she was just grinding them way too much. Positive: CleanlinessSo clean!Update 4/2/22:Was able to schedule a same day appt for Saturday. Professional, courteous, & my nail tech did the *best* moon nails I’ve ever had & did it free hand. Was able to get a pedicure without an appt as well, perhaps because it was a rainy day.ONLINE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE!Just a relaxed experience & $10 less for my good nails a newbie @ Glitter (which I also appreciate).Really grateful after a hard few weeks.
