This has been my go-to place for the last year and the service has steadily declined. Every time I go, the price is different for “this” or “that” reason. Today I was charged for two “stars” on my finger (I have NEVER been charged for design Before) and unfortunately the stars are sloppy and not even worth a $6 upgrade. My manicure is choppy and uneven but for some reason was $5 more than I have always paid. Some nail techs here are great – guy that did my toes was top notch. Unfortunately I upgraded my pedicure and wasn’t told that gel was an extra $20 on top of that. It’s just super annoying always being charged different prices when I am in here every two weeks. Definitely going to be moving on from this place now. 🙁

I’m going to give them 2 stars because they’re nice and clean, but I went for a gel manicure last Friday 6/17 and it’s 6/22 and two nails have already broken. The middle finger broke within hours and my thumb broke yesterday. The lady that did my nails drilled off all of the previous gel, instead of soaking them which left my nails extremely thin and they are my real nails. My thumb nail on my right hand has cracked already and is probably going to break too. It hasn’t even been a week.

First time here-only needed a manicure-I have natural nails. Asked for manicure with wax. Clearly they were not happy I o Lu wanted a manicure-3 different people asked if I wanted a pedicure too. I had to ask for the sample colors. When seated she asked twice if I wanted gel.. I had already said just a manicure with wax. She proceeded with manicure-cut my cuticle with no apology AND never did the wax treatment. Even though there was a beautiful counter with water and frozen drinks.. I was never offered anything to drink.

Was here today, BEWARE.. the prices on the menu are not the prices they are charging so confirm before you get a service. Ex.. menu said regular manicure $12.00 he charged me $20.00 the service was good so I am not too upset but its not great business, they should tell you up front what the price is if it does not match the menu price. My technician was really nice and outside of price being overcharged, I was pleased. But probably will not be back. I did tip well and wished the lady a happy birthday.
