I always go to Maggie!!!! Took my mom, my brother & my husband there and she is always so nice and leaves me satisfied with her work. She fixed my hair after another lady in NoHo messed it up so badly leaving it with green highlights when I asked for blonde and told me if I didn’t want to get my hair exposed, I shouldn’t mess with it in the first place… thank Goodness for Maggie who fixed it and helped me maintain healthy hair since! It’s been 2 years and it’s 95% fixed !!

The haircut was fine and the woman who cut my hair was friendly, but the salon itself was filthy. I’m not sure they ever sweep the floor! I thought it was only from the current people in the chairs at first but then I watched them just take new people over and over. When it was my turn and there were 4 different people’s hair on the ground….just gross. I won’t be going there again. Not to mention I’m used to my hair being washed and dried when I get it trimmed and that wasn’t even offered.

Would Like to start with saying that this review is not a reflection of Leo she is amazing. This review is based on a staff member that had extremely poor customer service. She had no regard to customer satisfaction. Sonia was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would think twice before booking with Sonia if you truly want to feel welcomed and truly satisfied with the service book with Leo otherwise you will come out feeling like they are doing you a favor rather than a service.
