I sought her professional help and guidance and she excelled in both the new color, as well as the cut and style. If it tells you anything, my daughters literally clapped and cheered when they saw the new me.What you get from Imelda is dedicated service in a professional manner. Imelda is an incredible hair stylist and I recommend her wholeheartedly! As a new customer, I showed her a picture of what I hoped to attain in getting highlights and a new look. I sought her professional help and guidance and she excelled in both the new color, as well as the cut and style. Imelda is incredibly talented and did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. I was actually shocked when she turned the chair around and I saw the finished product. She showed me my before picture and I couldn’t believe how awful my hair looked before. It looks amazing now and I’m so thankful. I booked my boyfriend a haircut appointment on Monday and I can’t wait to see how he looks when he’s done. I went to Coco Couiffer Salon today and I will never ever go anywhere else. Imelda is incredibly talented and did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. I was actually shocked when she turned the chair around and I saw the finished product. She showed me my before picture and I couldn’t believe how awful my hair looked before. Critical: ProfessionalismI had been to Imelda many times. Each time I kept being charged more and more, between $250 -$300 for a partial hi lite and low light and trim. Today I thought my hair was too dark and needed a few hi lites brought in. Imelda would not even look at me because I was not happy. She told me to just sign the credit card and if I wanted more hi lights I would have to pay for them. I was paying $251.00 for my hair. I told her I just needed a few hi lites around my face and she said she was happy with my hair and I should be. I told her I was the customer and was not happy and she could keep a good customer by caring if I liked my hair. She had a very pompous attitude and did not care if I liked my hair or not. I am having to go to someone to repair the color she did. I have reported this to my bank. I would never go there again and I am very easy person to pleaseI had been to Imelda many times.
