I got my hair cut by Rihana and she was amazing! I wasn’t feeling very confident about my hair going into the salon but she did a great job taking through what I wanted and what would work for me and I came out feeling wonderful! They do a really great job with communication. I had booked an appointment pretty far out but was able to snag a last minute appointment sooner through texts from the salon with availability updates. They also send emails with lots of info including a welcome packet that all helps you feel comfortable and welcome. The salon is really cute too!

The wonderful thing about this salon is how these lovely ladies build a rapport and a relationship with you. This was my first time in to CoCo Cheveux, I worked with Dawn. She sat down with me prior to starting the services to get a full understanding of exactly what I was looking for. She asked for a thorough history of my hair color and treatments. She provided me with knowledge and new tips on how to properly care for my hair. But to top it all off, Dawn did an absolutely stunning job with my hair. It was everything I had in mind. Ashley was amazing! This was my first time as a curly seeing someone who has and works with curly hair. She paid so much attention to my hair and gave me tips specific for me and my hair. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped me feel so comfortable in the salon.

Dawn was wonderful as was the rest of the staff! She had a thorough conversation with me about what I wanted and really did a wonderful job pulling it off. I am not good with upkeep so she helped me come up with some good ideas to improve my maintenance. And as a bonus, the atmosphere at the salon is wonderful. Definitely visiting again! Dawn made me feel very comfortable about the huge hair style change I was making from the moment I walked in. I went from mid back length to chin length hair. Since it was such a huge change it took me about an hour to get used to the new cut, but I’m absolutely loving it and I’m glad I made the big chop decision!
