First time and definitely coming back. Excellent service and comfortable free parking (which is so hard to find these days). I did a gel manicure and classic pedicure. Isabel was the nicest and did my nails with such dedication and perfection. I have the smallest nails, so I know my nails are very hard to paint and she did an extraordinary job. Thank you Isabel!! They also have an ATM inside in case you need cash. There’s a starbucks next door too. I’ve been looking for a place to do my nails for so long and I’m glad I found this place.

I was very displeased with my experience. I was rushed, I did not have the opportunity to soak my feet for the pedicure. When I immediately entered the salon, the manager if you will, greeted me nicely and I inquired if there was any availability for a gel pedicure. The manager says sure and then woman servicing another client wags her finger at me motioning for the word No.

And then another one came off the day after, and they kept coming off. TERRIBLE. I paid $60 for nothing. Before I got my nails done, I asked how much it would be and they told me $45, and then they asked for $60 after because I added tips. They saw my nails before and I had no nails whatsoever to just get the dip powder and I didn’t like that they were sneaky about it when I told them I wanted dip powder and tips for it. Please tell me the full price when I ask for it. I will not be coming again and supporting a business like this. I got scammed. My experience was amazing. Request for Song to do your nails!! She was so kind and caring & she took her time to make sure that my nails were perfectly the way that i wanted. She was gentle & she made sure she was taking care of my nails!! Amazing outcome!! Please go here, you won’t regret it!!!

I come here because its closest to my house but I just can’t anymore. They are SO rude. The employees always yell at eachother and they make you wait when you have an appointment and they clearly did not have time for you. Today, I called and asked if they had time for a gel soak-off and a regular manicure. I talked very slow and she goes “EXCUSE ME?” I nicely repeated myself. She reponds “No” and I waited for her to ask if i could come at a different time, nothing. She hung up on me. Please do not give this place business they are terrible and have the worst customer service.

They hurt me when they wax me, they also demand tip as if it is required and if you give them less then 15% they will treat you worse when you come back. They are aggressive and do not care about the work only want to do as soon as possible to get you out. !!! Do go here

Great clean nail salon! Had my nails done here while in the area for work, right before I went on vacation. The lady who did my nails (short grey hair) was super nice and did a great job! Wished I lived in the area so I could go to her regularly! My nails lasted for my vacation and then some! Would highly recommend this nail salon!
