Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI only went to this studio because my usual place was booked out for the week. I will not be returning to this studio under any circumstances in the future. It took the tech two hours for a dip set replacement. She did not listen to any request I made in regards to nail length or shape. My nails are now all different lengths and different shapes. The dip on one nail is already surface cracked just hours after my appointment. For such a long appointment with less than satisfying results they charged double the price of the other local studios. I only went to this studio because my usual place was booked out for the week. I will not be returning to this studio under any circumstances in the future. It took the tech two hours for a dip set replacement. She did not listen to any request I made in regards to nail length or shape. My nails are now all different lengths and different shapes. They do your nails good but twice my service was stopped to attend to another customer. I’m not saying that white people are being catered to but twice it happened. I pay and tip just like everyone else and my service shouldn’t be stopped because someone else entered the establishment.

This used to be a great place. I started going here when it was originally opened by Coco years ago. Slowly has gone down hill- expensive and the operators act like they are doing you a favor. Will not be going back. Pedicure

I had to come here last minute to get my nails done and I was better off not getting them done. I will NEVER be going back to this nail salon. It was over the top expensive for a terrible job. I had to come here last minute to get my nails done and I was better off not getting them done. They also did not use gloves the entire time, and especially during this time of COVID, it is completely unacceptable. The manicurist did a poor job filing my nails to the point where they were all different shapes. The nail polish I chose had been diluted by a worker at the salon so when the manicurist tried using it on my nails, it did not look good. Fortunately the manicurist redid my nails with a new color. Overall would not recommend. There are other spots in the area that are better quality for the same price.

It was Last minute because I have a funeral on Monday I needed to get my nails and toes done and my normal girl was busy. The salon is not clean. Sat for a pedicure w cold water. She asked do you want cut and I said slight amount. She cut down to my skin. There was barely a nail to paint. She said “well you wanted them cut”. I said I changed my mind on the manicure went to pay and told the manger. He laughed and charged me full price. NEVER AGAIN. I stay true to LaBelle which although is a bit more expensive, well worth the experience and money. For the record this should be 0 stars Google wouldn’t allow it

Great manicure, but the atmosphere wasn’t the friendliest. The owner/manager was pleasant. I was a drop in, and the response on entering was borderline hostile. I will probably never go again. My $50 is better spent elsewhere.

All three of the females in my family have been going here for years! We have taken many a visiting family member there for a bit of pampering. Never gone to a place that has surpassed the quality of their manicures and pedicures.
