Would not return. They gave me an attitude for not having an appointment mid day on a weekday. They have no prices visible and charge more than any salon I’ve been to. They did not speak English to me or among themselves. Their polish peeled off at the nail bed (not tip) in 3 days of being done! Find another location. Nail polish changes

With so many nail & spas shifting to gel and dip exclusively, it is great to have a place that does it all. Loved my Spa Mani/Pedi. Ingrid was a phenomenal nail tech. Lovely ambiance and great customer service, especially to be squeezed in same day. 7 days later and my classic mani is still going strong.

My best friend & I asked for the same type of nail color,size and style. We both told the staff member who translated for my stylist what I wanted & after they both claimed to understand I came out with some glitter acrylic powered nails which wasn’t what I said. I asked for ALL BLACK ACRYLIC NAILS that were short so I could remove my contacts but instead my best friend got that (because that’s what she ordered) & I came out with something completely different. My best friend DESERVES a refund for their bad cutomer service

This is the most hygienic nail place in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. Their hygiene routine is above the industry standard – they actually properly disinfection the tools (unlike so many other places); I highly recommend this place to everybody who cares about hygiene as much as I do.

Terrible dip manicure, after a week it chipped and I could pull of the dip which has never happened to me. Also the worker was unprofessional and rude who thought I couldn’t understand Spanish. Wrong, I understood her talking poorly about me. Don’t waste your money because it’s also horribly overpriced!

I decided to try this salon out back in July right before my wedding. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I got a manicure and pedicure. I was very rushed throughout the whole experience. They started with the pedicure, but then due to time they proceeded to give me the manicure while I was still getting my pedicure. I was annoyed because I had made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. The pedicure did not come out that great and chipped the next day and the maicure was average. I don’t like being rushed when getting a manicure and pedicure. I don’t get my nails done often so when I do I want to feel relaxed.
