Critical: QualityIt stinks because I used to like this place. However it is pretty pricey. I went there on Sunday and I was there for 1.5 hours…. I got a regular pedicure and dipped powder manicure ($90) and my nail tech told me I was good to go. Put my shoes on and my toenail polish smeared everywhere and I didn’t know that until I got home. I gave them a call and they said they’ll redo it if I come in now or within a few days. Well… I work and my only days off are Sundays. So therefore I couldn’t get them done. I understand they offered however as someone who works when they’re open… you should offer a refund. Not everyone can make it in within that short notice. That turned me away. It stinks because I used to like this place. However it is pretty pricey. I went there on Sunday and I was there for 1.5 hours…. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been to other Coco Blue locations and have always had positive experiences, but this was by far the best treatment I have had at a nail salon. I went in yesterday, Monday midday for a walk-in gel manicure. I was immediately greeted and seen. Angie did my nails, and was very diligent and careful with lots of attention to detail. I previously had a full set of acrylics on (not done by Coco Blue location), and it left lots of damage on my nails; Angie took extra time to make sure that there was no sign of damage and my nails look absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to go back, and I will always ask for Angie! I have been to other Coco Blue locations and have always had positive experiences, but this was by far the best treatment I have had at a nail salon. I went in yesterday, Monday midday for a walk-in gel manicure. I was immediately greeted and seen. Angie did my nails, and was very diligent and careful with lots of attention to detail.
