Linzi, the owner of Coco Beauty Lounge is great! I have been going to her since I have been in high school. I have very thick, curly hair and she does a great job every time. She also did my hair for my sister’s wedding, as well as my sister’s hair, and the bridal party.

Made an appointment with Lyndsay 3 weeks in advance to get my hair done. When I got there, she started doing her friend’s hair and tried to pass me off to the RECEPTIONIST to do my hair because she didn’t want to be bothered with me. She also told her receptionist/stylist to “make up something” and cancel her next appointment, move someone to 3:45 and “I don’t care about that one” which was apparently her last appointment. I inadvertently caught this on video because I was freaking out and while calling my bf and googling other salons, I hit my camera button at some point. Then, she sat me in her chair and told me it would take 4 hours to do my hair and she doesn’t have time so she reschuled for another day. THEN I get a text a few days before the next appointment date (which I wasn’t going to go to anyway because I don’t trust her) saying my hair is too complex (highlights & lowlights) and she’s not qualified to do it and STILL didn’t have the appointment date right! I could tell she was confused when she looked at my hair which is why I made an appointment at a much better salon. She doesn’t care about her clients, (unless you’re her friend) she treats you as though you are beneath her and she will lie to you without hesitation. Some of my friends told me they had a similar experience when they went there but I didn’t ask anyone about her before I went. I just went off of Google reviews. BIG mistake.
