Good quality work. Our appointment time was well managed, no wait. I’m pleased with the service but the use of “upscale” in the name created expectations in my mind that weren’t met. There aren’t any massage chairs and we weren’t offered any beverages or refreshments. I don’t know why they’re prices are double what I pay at other nail shops for like service. Customers can’t use their phones but the shop didn’t have anyone dedicated to answering the phone so your nail tech might use the phone.

Let me first start by saying that I moved recently to Atlanta, before that I was doing my nails with the same lady for 10+ years back home. Needless to say I was so so scared to try out a new place/ person. Found this place close to my house made an appointment and prayed I was going to like it . I have visited coca nails twice already and I am in love !!! This has been the best SNS manicure I have ever gotten! My cuticles are extremely sensitive and the first time ever going she noticed and was super careful, afterwards they were kinda sensitive for a couple days but nothing crazy , I let her know the second time around and she changed the machine tip for a softer one and zero sensitivity now. Which I though was so nice . My nails lasted 3+ weeks no chip/cracks nothingggg !!! I’m so happy I found this place , all the staff is super nice and the place is very calming and relaxing.

The salon is clean, roomy and has good vibes. The women working were quite kind and funny. Prices were a little above average but not crazy and I was certainly willing to pay more to support a black woman owned business. My experience with them was great. But my actual manicure/pedicure was disappointing.

This was the best nail salon experience I have ever had! These women are easily the MOST welcoming nail techs you will meet. I was their last appointment of the evening, and even after a looooong day they put me at ease the second I walked through the door. The owner was kind, personable, and fostered a relaxing environment. I usually keep to myself and plug in earbuds during nail appointments, but the group of people here today were just so fun that I ended up talking and laughing with everyone. My nail tech, Valencia, was especially kind and was great to talk with, as well as diligent in her work.

First time there, got an appt (no walk-ins) for the next day. Service was done with ease and was done in a good amount of time. (Gel manicure) She went back and added a second coat with the top coat because it was starting to bubble. Nails have lasted very nicely and she even offered some advice in products because I am a cuticle picker.
