Good customer service. Great selection of Polish from gel, glow in the dark gel, ombre dipped powder. Treated me and my daughter very well. I would recommend Cindy she took her time with my nails made sure I was comfortable with my shape and nail Polish. Definitely will be going back in two weeks.

This place is great. They are clean because they use pedicure liners which protect you from getting fungus. They serve cocktails juice if you get spa pedicure. The staff is very talent. They can do any designs you want. Definitely I will come back and refer anybody to come. By the way ask for Kim you want any designs you want. Love it.

I was pleasantly surprised, this shop does hand designs, and a whole slew of trendy nail solutions and styles. .The staff is polite and professional. My two toenails weren’t completely dry and got messed up, went back the next day and they fixed with no issue.

Came to get a fill in and a designs bit the young man didn’t do my nails right at all and when l told him to add some more acrylic seem like he got an attitude so l told him let the lady finish with my nails because am done with you..So she continues to finish my nails but just doing what she wants am trying to tell her what he had did so she can fix it but she like l know l know so l told her you not even listening to what am saying. I told her hurry up cause l was getting madder by the second but she lucky l didn’t go off up in there. So if you want your nails done do go there if you don’t want to catch a charge. Code nails is wack and you will lose a lot of business acting like that.

I went there for first time on 7/21/18 on the recommendation of my daughter. The wait wasn’t long because it was not crowded. The husband did the pedi. The pedi was satisfactory. Very nice person and took his time. Kim , however was not a good listener and her customer service is poor. I walked out not satisfied. She did not do a good job. No finishing touches. I don’t intend on going back or recommending anybody go there.

Saw the reviews and decided to give them a try. Came in for a manipedi. If I had been told it would be a wait I would have gone elsewhere or come back later. First the water was too hot, told the girl it was and she did nothing. Then I was left waiting for 45 minutes for service. Finally start and the guy lets the tub run over onto the floor getting my bag and shoes wet!What’s more was he proceeds to use a bunch of towels to sop up the water rather than an actual mop which leaves me waiting another 20 minutes! I’m about to leave when the guy comes back to service me. He gets to work, but doesn’t ask me what service I’d like. Then across the way I hear another client get upset and argue with the stylist about her nails. I tell the guy that I just want the basic pedi, no manicure. After all I’ve gone through and time wasted, I surely wasn’t going to spend more money. Yes, the folks are friendly and the facility is clean, but if they can’t get to you within 15 minutes of being seated, then they should let you know it’s going to be a wait. Worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. I already don’t care for nine mile Walmart, but this experience makes me dislike it even more. Most likely will not be coming back.
