We have been using this place for several years and have been Slowly watching a decline in customer service since Covid. Continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried to be understanding that most places were struggling at some point. Today I spent $106 on a mani/pedi. I raved about this place to my friend and got her to go with me. After her pedicure, It was so bad that she literally left and I had to finish my mani alone. Her pedicure was awful with streaks in it it looks like something I could have done for her. They had absolutely no hot water today. They should have told us this before we sat down and took our shoes off for service. They filled the bucket with cold water and had a kettle pot were they were trying to pour warm water in for every single customer. I would have left for this reason alone as I prefer a hot soak for the price you are paying to relax. Today I asked for a French pedicure (white tips). I said something simple for a wedding. She showed me the menu for different options and I chose the $32 pedicure. She said they no longer offered that one even though it was on the menu and try to get me to spend $38 for the next one. I declined and said to give me the $30 package. Never once did she tell me the polish she was using would be a $21 up charge. They then proceeded to charge me five dollars for the French tips. They never said anything about any of charges from the $30 package I chose. These past few months they have been so sneaky about sneaking in charges of any kind. I’ve added a topcoat of sparkles every year and I’ve never been charged an up charge and was charged the last time unknowingly.

I was highly disappointed in this location! First off they overcharge for ABSOLUTELY everything! They charged me $21 for a “design” even tho all I asked was a white tip … worst part is they never mentioned ANYTHING about an upcharge about that prior to me having to pay it at checkout … same situation for the toes they charged $21 as well for gel nail polish which was ON TOp of a $40 pedicure which is ridiculous I could literally buy one whole gel nail polish for $21 and she only did ONE layer on color anyways so I find this extremely overpriced and for no reason because ONLY THREE days later my nails started to chip . I didn’t even go back to get them fixed because I’m sure I would’ve walked out with another $133 bill for their lack of customer service , lack of communication and lack of professionalism. I absolutely would NEVER recommend anyone here . Me and three of my friends have stopped going there only after trying them once because it was that bad . The place is nice but it needs to be shut down, customer service was def the worst which it’s common in places like these but this was bad on top of low quality and SUPER EXPENSIVE for no reason. And the girl “Ana” I think was her name was extremely rough!!! My toes still hurt a week later from her pedicure and when she was taking my old set off she made me bleed on two occasions which was extremely painful and she kept “forgetting” the fingers she hurt so she would go over it again with the filing machine which would make it even more painful … so extremely dissatisfied I would’ve walked out without paying if I wasn’t a decent person because I felt robbed of my time and money !!

A week and a half ago my daughter and I came in to get our nails done . I left with Jagged edges and my daughter with a bad experience . I asked for gel nail polish on my daughter and they gave her regular nail polish on her Within the next day the nail polish was already off. Didn’t fix the problem they said they would fix. Very dissapointed by the way they handled it. I called told them the situation and they said to come in they would take care of it. I won’t suggest this salon anymore.

I had been going to COBE and loved them for almost 5 years… the last 6 times I went, I noticed the difference in the products and the service. Confusion in what you are requesting. One person starting your device half way thru you notice they look lost someone else takes over , wrong shape of nail, wrong color, lumps in SNS, which used to be flawless. No container is SNS anymore, using cheap powder leads to lumps. prices went up, service and products went down. My SND went from from lasting 3 weeks, to chipping off 3 days in. I no longer had faith or enjoyed inCOBE’s services … I hated having to change salons because it felt like home going there. But paying for mediocre services and products made no sense… as a Clermont resident, I made the switch to Miracle Nails. We will see if they continue with great products and service. GOODBYE COBE

This place is what I’m talking about! Very nice people here I expect great treatment when coming to a nail salon and they do not disappoint!! love you guys ❤ update : 12/15/21. I was over charged for 1/2 inch nail saying it was long nails I’ve been coming here for years never charged a long nail price because as a nurse I can’t keep long nails. So if you cut down your nails your charged 5 dollars and if you tell them to file its still charge ?but I will not return ecause the new management has really messed up my experience thanks see pictures you’ll see it’s not long at all smh. Lost a long time customer.

I had two different designs I really loved for my wedding nails. I showed them to Leena, and she suggested how I could have both. I am so I’m love with how they came out! So beautiful. She was gentle, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend!

I was a walk-in and was seen very quickly. I’ve been to this salon a couple of times. I usually get the most expensive pedicure because i like all the extras that come with it however I’m not sure the lady could understand me. I kept asking for her to massage a little harder and asked her to make the hot stones hotter and she didn’t even acknowledge my request. Not sure i will be returning here . I should’ve just gotten the cheaper pedicure because she barely massaged for what i paid for .

I just moved here and I wanted to like this place but I really don’t know. I got my nails done a couple days before Halloween but for a wedding and three nails already broke over the weekend. I was so upset because they have not broken in soo long! I’ve gotten my nails done countless times and every time I said I want my nails CUT shorter (shorter nails are more stabled) but filed the SAME almond shaped, other places seem to do it perfect with no problem. But my nail tech said if he cut them, they won’t look the same, so he just filed it down with nails still longer than I wanted, causing them to BREAK more easily over the weekend. I was willing to “listen” to be nice when he would try to educate me but it’s not like it was my first rodeo. I’m 31 yo who grew up in my mothers hair and nail salon. I honestly believe he was new in the industry. I felt like it wasn’t as professional and he probably did not want to do what I wanted to just make his job easy. Just do what the clients wants! Service was also slow, but at least I wasn’t rushed I guess but I spent a good 2 hours in there. But he did let me do five different colors so thank you. I tipped normal 20%, but I probably won’t come back.

My wife and I have visited COBE on numerous occasions, and the service has always been average to good. On this visit we had reservations and were almost immediately taken to our seats. Then we waited for 45 minutes all while being assured they were “coming quickly”. If they had just told us up front they couldn’t honor the reservation I could have moved on with my errands, instead we were misled so after 45 minutes we left. No service ever arrived. Very poor way to treat customers.
