Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been coming here for eyelash extensions for off and on for a year now. For the first time, Vanessa (who i find out is the owner which is astounding to me) did my lashes and gave me the complete wrong ones. The last time I came, Michelle told me I should try the natural. I usually get medium to long and so I was going to do that this time for my trip. I first had to wait a while, which wasn’t too bad and it’s a friday so it’s to be expected. However I tried to call earlier that day to make an appointment and was brushed off telling me I do not need an appointment even though I said I would like one so I didn’t have to wait. But whatever that was fine. So Michelle is busy with others so Vanessa takes me into a different room and asks what I want, I say Medium to Long NATURAL please. She says okay and runs into the other room to get it. She was rushing the entire time so even asking a question would have been a bother. Next thing I know, I come to my car and see the other see are these huge dark eyelashes I did not ask for. And they are droopy looking. I go back inside and I ask and she goes “we don’t have natural” where I respond yes, you do my friend gets them and Michelle said so. And she goes well not in long AND LAUGHS. Regardless if that’s true or not she should have told me that so I can make the decision if I want to change the size. Now I’m stuck with these on my vacation. There was also another customer upset at the register and I’m seeing all these horrible reviews and I wish I saw them before. Lost my business.UPDATE: After going into actual light since it was night time, my friends where pulling out lashes IN MY HAIR. She literally dropped them in my hair and didn’t even bother to pick them out? I have been coming here for eyelash extensions for off and on for a year now. For the first time, Vanessa (who i find out is the owner which is astounding to me) did my lashes and gave me the complete wrong ones. The last time I came, Michelle told me I should try the natural. Critical: QualityThis was my second time away this salon. I will not be going back. I paid $15 to get my 4 year old toes painted and left out with polish off two toes. Nobody would fix it and I could have done better at home for free. My nails were $60 something for a small design on one figure abs no gel. She tore my cuticle up my fingers were bleeding when I got to the car. The prices are ridiculous. The customer service sucks. This was my second time away this salon. I will not be going back. I paid $15 to get my 4 year old toes painted and left out with polish off two toes. Nobody would fix it and I could have done better at home for free. My nails were $60 something for a small design on one figure abs no gel.
