The office staff is not nice at all, especially via phone. My doctor was very kind but I left every appointment with more problems then before after using products/medicine to “correct” my problems that caused severe reactions and skin sensitivity. I also never felt heard and it was more of a rush to get on to the next patient every single time, so I was left feeling more like a dollar sign then cared about. Very happy to be leaving!

I visited the FWB location at their new office. Great staff and visit was thorough and painless. The nurse and Dr were great at explaining procedures and kept me at ease. I did not like them for the fact that my mom had a procedure done to her leg. It got infected because she had allergic reaction. Over the course of six months that kept on getting worse and worse and worse. It took her primary care physician to order a nurse to come take care of it. Before I got any better.

This place is great! The staff and doctors are so nice. The receptionists do a great job of welcoming you when you walk in. I’ve seen Dr. Kulow and PA Katherine James. Both were really nice and helpful. They made me feel like that actually care, unlike other dermatology offices I have been to. You don’t have to wait forever until they call you in or wait long for the doctor when you are in the room, they are fast and efficient. I’m so glad I no longer have to search for a dermatologist!
