I was somewhat disappointed with my experience here. I had a giftcard and got the brilliance facial. Overall the facility was clean and the receptionist was very friendly and professional. However, the aesthetician who did my facial was unfriendly and didn’t make me feel very welcome. I was pleased with the results of my facial, but the service was lacking. Considering how high the prices are at this spa, I feel like the service could have been much better. I understand that everyone has their days, but it was not the type of service you would expect from a $150 facial. I doubt I will be returning or recommending this spa to friends or family.

I had Alison the first time, who was super gentle but applied just enough pressure, then I had Blue, who was stronger than the Alison but 100% bearable and targeted where I needed her to target. I had Alison the first time, who was super gentle but applied just enough pressure, then I had Blue, who was stronger than the Alison but 100% bearable and targeted where I needed her to target. Hope was my facialist, she had very gentle hands and my face has never felt so smooth, glowing and soft.Then I went and saw Jennifer. I asked for a CBD massage. I have a bad back & neck and she worked her wonderful hands over my back and gentle worked the oil into the sore areas. Her hands are incredible. My back & neck feel wonderful today.
