Attached below is a picture of what I asked for and what I got. Not only do they not look similar, but the acrylic wasn’t even covering my entire nail. The nail polish was done very sloppy from the lines not being straight to not being even. My attempts to get this corrected were shut down with the response that’s the best they could do. I understand the pictures will not look identical however, this is not at all what I wanted. When asked if they could do the design I much rather would have just been told no, rather than them attempt and me waste hours in a chair to be unhappy. I spent most of my day getting nails done that I will have to get fixed somewhere else tomorrow. No manager on sight to help the situation either.

the guy wouldn’t stop filing down my nails and the acrylics until there was barely anything left. they were extremely thin and almost all of them snapped in half within a week or two. i got a design and he looked at the picture once and just went for it and he didn’t even do it correctly. acrylics should never be this thin. they’re supposed to last a month or two not two weeks. worst acrylics ever. they charge for every little thing. more than one color? extra $10. longer nails? extra $5. design? extra $5 for each nail design. terrible experience. i will never go back

My wife and I have been several times for pedicures. I’m not picky, but I do appreciate the great and friendly service. My wife is picky and has a preference for a particular tech. Will continue to receive our pedicures from these nice people.
