At my last check, there was a spot on my arm that was of concern and the team was quick to biopsy in the same appointment and get me the results within only a few days. They are timely, professional, friendly, patient, and almost more importantly, they listen to you! My most recent appointment was at the Ponte Vedra office in the middle of a major rainstorm which made me over 30 minutes late. They accommodated me without question and expressed concern that I had to drive in that mess to make my appointment! All services have been handled as expected and explained and with great satisfaction.

Have had issues with this office for a few years due to the lack of management and professionalism. Today was the final straw. Had been trying to get a med refill for weeks and it has gone missing yet again. Now they are trying to get more office visits out of me in order to refill it. (Over $125 for an exam). Over $80 for the meds because they are not accepted under insurance. Had they refilled it originally, it wouldn’t have gotten to the point that a “6 month office visit is now required.” They are not looking out for their clients at all…just money.
