Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy only complaint is that there’s only ONE salon. Bulbs are changes every year. This salon has been CONSISTENTLY great! It’s spotless (thank you Dallas ), and upscale. Everyone is really great. I’ve been to a lot of tanning salons and this one is truly the best***Ron, you could do extremely well on the south side of Paulding as well. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a spray tan by Dallas last week, and it was the absolute best I’ve ever had!! The color was so natural, but definitely dark enough to look like I’d been to the beach. It wore off without being streaky and lasted over a week. The prep before the tan was so thorough with lotion to put between my fingers and wipes for my elbows and knees. Great experience! I had a spray tan by Dallas last week, and it was the absolute best I’ve ever had!! The color was so natural, but definitely dark enough to look like I’d been to the beach. It wore off without being streaky and lasted over a week. The prep before the tan was so thorough with lotion to put between my fingers and wipes for my elbows and knees. Great experience! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityHorrible experience. Owner returned my phone call about a spray tan, made me an appointment. The day of, I try to call on my way. No one answers which is typical of the place. I arrive and go to get checked in and I’m asked if I’ve been here before and I say no since I haven’t. Then after looking on the calendar I’m told they didnt even put me down. I go on vacation in 2 days and now I’m left without a tan due to them. Then I’m told to hang out for 30 mins in my vehicle or something so I use my gas since it’s hot, just to get a text 25 mins later saying the tanning spray is frozen. Will NEVER try this again! This was the 2nd time I’ve tried this place and had nothing but trouble and not even an offer of compensation or a free tan for wasting my time and my money!Service: TanningHorrible experience.
