Really such a professional medical office to be in their care. The entire team so far inspires confidence, competence and personal care. The only negative, if any, is that getting a timely appointment is difficult. I guess it’s evidence of their quality of care. Don’t be hesitant to see their nurse practitioner instead of a doctor if you can’t get a current appointment. Many times and for many cases this could be a more expedient alternative.

NP Holly was the best medical professional I’ve ever encountered. She’s smart, expeditious, funny, caring and super knowledgeable— I will seek out her and Coast Dermatology for my dermatological needs going forward. Front office staff, too, was shockingly polite and efficient. So inured to the rude nature most front desk people adopt that I was blown away by how nice they were — not just to me but to every patient who arrived while I was in the waiting room — even some super aggressive “Karens” received nothing but service with a smile. Truly impressive.

Staff is very nice and professional, and Dr. Horowitz is one of the rare doctors that’s always on time. I don’t even undress for my annual skin check exam and he is already knocking on the door. Old school doctor that doesn’t make his patients wait, it’s the ultimate respect!!
