Had high hopes for this place based off of the reviews I saw. Unfortunately my experience was not good. The gentleman that did my nails was very kind however he did not fix the issues I pointed out multiple times. I pointed out that the polish wasn’t covering the whole nail and he couldn’t seem to fix it. I also pointed out all the rough edges on the side of my nails and how lumpy they look. I’m so disappointed. I won’t be coming back. The lady who did my daughters nails did a wonderful job though.

Everybody, the nail technicians and even the other clients, were so nice and welcoming. They did a great job on the manicure and pedicure. My gel polish is still looking great even after a week! I will definitely be visiting here again. Edited to add that they hit it out of the park with the Halloween nails!

Absolutely awful job on my daughters acrylics today. Of course since she’s a teen she wouldn’t say anything to their face, just came home and cried while getting ready for a spring break trip. One nail came loose within an hour. Now I’m paying for it again in Florida. Great way to start a vacation. Do not recommend.

Super unhappy with my experience. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs it. We called ahead to make sure there was availability for 3 mani and pedi and they said yes. We get there and they start rushing us. My husband got the deluxe pedicure and they started skipping steps that we were paying for. The worst part was the manicure. Hardly did anything to my nails besides slap on some cheap mail polish. Then the man that was doing them went and sat in the back without saying anything to me. I had no idea if I was done or not. He could have at lease said “thank you for coming in” instead of just leaving me sitting there with my hands under the lamp. On top of such a bad experience, my nail polish flaked off within two days! Avoid this place unless you need your nails to look good for one day and you don’t mind being rushed/feeling like an inconvenience. You come to a nail salon to get relaxed. Wish it could of been better since it was 2 minutes from my house. We will just have to get our monthly mani and pedi somewhere else.

I was very unhappy with my experience here. I called ahead and asked how much it was going to cost me to get my acrylics removed with a clear manicure. They said 10 dollars on the phone, it ended up being 25 dollars and I left with bleeding, unfiled, and bubbly nails. I would have been better off doing this on my own. Not to mention, the tools that they were using, along with the bowl of water I dipped my hands in, looked very unsanitary. Do not waste your money here.

Place seems clean and quiet. Service OK but I called and they said the pedi was $25. I was charged $30 (not sure if throwing on a hot towell over my legs made it qualify as a deluxe- for which I was never asked). In addition they charge a Credit Card fee which I believe is still illegal in the state of Colorado (and I used a debit card). Honestly, out of principle I’m not coming back to this place.
