Such an amazing experience! My Mom took me here the other day. I got a massage and she got a pedicure. We were both blown away. 1st you walk into a sparkling clean, beautiful, peaceful salon. Than you are given your own space to got relax with a friendly staff member. Everyone is so kind and professional. They have a huge selection of colors and offer a wide range off services. Can’t wait to go back my massage was blissful!

The salon was always clean, but now there are partitions between you and the nail technician in addition to them wearing face masks. Some even wear face shields, too. I have back issues and just can’t afford to see a physical therapist or chiropractor. Coming here for a full body table massage saves me money and pain. I also recommend the facials. I had to leave another review because of the changes since the pandemic. The salon was always clean, but now there are partitions between you and the nail technician in addition to them wearing face masks. Some even wear face shields, too. I have back issues and just can’t afford to see a physical therapist or chiropractor. Coming here for a full body table massage saves me money and pain. I also recommend the facials. I have been going to Coach since moving here 6 years ago. Mani and pedis regularly. Massages are incredible. They also do very relaxing facials. Since they closed for the pandemic, my neck and shoulders are in constant pain. I miss Mr. Lee and all of the women. I can’t wait until they reopen.

Last minute decision on my part, I did make an appointment, but only an hour in advance. The salon was very busy, but I wasn’t rushed at all, the other patrons were all relaxed and friendly to one another and staff, and upon learning I’ve just moved to the area from North Salem, everyone, owner and patrons alike were so kind and welcoming and proudly giving me local suggestions! I already feel like a local here, AND my hands and feet look and feel great! See you soon!

I am a man and have little experience getting my nails done. The staff at Coach were quick to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, and kept offering me more expensive services without telling me the price. I ended up paying over $150. The experience was not nearly worth what I paid. Don’t go here.
