I’m thoroughly convinced that people who work here don’t know how to cut hair. First of all, the person who cut my hair left the cape open the ENTIRE time of my haircut. How does that make sense? I had hair all over my neck and back. Second of all, I asked for a fade on the sides and they just went around with one razor (clearly not knowing what they were doing). Then I only wanted my hair on top trimmed and they chopped off almost all of it. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Please someone tell these people to take a class at least because they don’t know what they’re doing.
