The stylist was super sweet. Unfortunately, she must’ve been brand new. She had to be shown how to cut my hair all along the way. I felt like a deer caught in headlights. Do I go across the road or turn around? Do I stop her mid cut or just hope for the best? I chose the latter because I didn’t want to hurt her feelings. I am not happy with my cut & definitely not the way she styled it. I have so much hairspray in my hair that I had to tell her not to put anymore on me. I’m sorry if she reads this, but I am not happy with my results at all. The whole staff said I looked great, but what else could they say. I felt it was overpriced for her lack of experience. They do not serve complimentary drinks not even water. I feel like Sally Field in Steel Magnolias. I have a helmet head!

Nobody wanted to take the time to cut my hair even though I am bald and just needed to get the sides done with the clippers, 2 min job, I was met with animosity and was charged $18 with a dose of spite, terrible experience.

I walked in. Yes they were busy assisting others but they saw me and didn’t even acknowledge I was there.i stood there for just about 10 mins looking at them them I sat there for at least 30 mins. Nothing.. Then another lady came in and sat down they acknowledged her and and another and they did the same. Did they not like me or something? That’s the last time I go there. I got up and walked out. Poor customer service.
