This salon is one of the best I’ve ever been in in my entire life and as an ex-stylist that’s really saying something. Stephanie is absolutely incredible taking her time and speaking with me about all my options and of course not giving up on my stubborn hair. She was BEYOND helpful and knowledgeable about everything and had such an amazing and understanding vibe to her (even though I cried). Hands down the best hair I’ve had in years! I cried again out of joy! Go to this salon!!! You will not leave unhappy at all. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! This salon is one of the best I’ve ever been in in my entire life and as an ex-stylist that’s really saying something. Stephanie is absolutely incredible taking her time and speaking with me about all my options and of course not giving up on my stubborn hair. When I called Jared was very welcoming, professional and helpful. He was the reason I dismissed the other two. My stylist Jeanette was fabulous. So much experience and knowledge! Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe hair stylist Jeannette did not know what she was doing. I have long curly hair and she kept pulling it after I told her she was hurting me. She left dye all on my forehead and around my ears that I had to go home and wash it. She also stated brushing my hair and I told her that your not supposed to brush curly hair but she did not listen. As a result, my hair was so frizzy. I called the salon afterwards and she just said I was not compatible with the hair stylist. Needless to say I will not go back. She left dye all on my forehead and around my ears that I had to go home and wash it.
