CNY Nails and Spa

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFor being a nail salon, this place really out does the others. The staff is usually the same which is nice to see people you’re familiar with. They all do a great job shaping your nails and making them straight. Their prices are kind of high but it is worth it because the quality is great. I had a cracked powder nail (surprising I know) within a week of getting them done and they fixed it for me no questions asked. I found that to be amazing customer service. I haven’t ever been cut by them and have never gotten an infection as opposed to other nail salons. I’ve returned to this place multiple times and would suggest it to any of my friends. They also give you a free massage with your manicure. There’s a spa pedicure where you can get a 10 minute massage where they massage your calves and feet. My goodness, so worth it. They also speak English very well which I know sounds really terrible, but is very nice to actually be able to converse with someone you spend at least an hour with. When I was getting my feet down she was chatting with me and was happy that I was a new client from my friend that went there. Mina did a great job she took her time and spent a whole hour on my feet and she did a great job on my nails too. This was my first time here at this nail salon my best friend had told me about this place. When I was getting my feet down she was chatting with me and was happy that I was a new client from my friend that went there. Mina did a great job she took her time and spent a whole hour on my feet and she did a great job on my nails too. I will definitely be coming back again.

Looked on line and read the reviews for CNY Nails and Spa, sounded like a decent place. My spa pedicure was absolutely Wonderful! I was in the N Syracuse area and decided to treat myself with a nice pedicure. Looked on line and read the reviews for CNY Nails and Spa, sounded like a decent place. My spa pedicure was absolutely Wonderful! My technician took her time and massaged my legs and feet not once, not twice but three times! The hot towels felt great and the quality of the pedicure was perfect. I will come back here in the future!

I am new to the area and found CNY nails. I was able to call and make an appointment Within the hour and my experience was very pleasant. Mina was very happy and funny and we got along very well she took her time and showed her skills very well by giving me a very enjoyable nail salon experience. I will be coming here from now on to have my nails done and I think you should do the same.
