Love it here! I’ve had many massages with a couple different therapists and all have been wonderful so you can’t go wrong. Also if you are looking for a facial this is the place to go! The diamond water facial was amazing! My pores have never felt so clean. I do miss the old building with the spa pool, sauna, and relaxation area. Hopefully they bring it back eventually, but I am still very happy with the great experience I’ve had at this location.

The massage was 4-5 stars and everyone was friendly and professional. my issue is that they have closed down the sauna and aqua terrace with hot tub. It was always wonderful having a massage and being able to rest and relax afterward.

I had my bridal party get ready at CNY Healing Arts in one of their yoga rooms a week ago and it was great! Morgan is the event coordinator there and she was just so sweet and helpful. She was easy to work with and the price for renting out the room for the morning was very reasonable. Morgan set up coffee, water, and champagne glasses for us before we arrived. She provided us with tables, chairs, and linen. There were bathrooms accessible and she was there to accommodate any of our needs. My bridal party and I took a walk around their grounds while waiting for the limo bus and it was so relaxing and clean!

The massage was good quality and the place was clean. However, since they no longer have all of the amenities, such as the warm pool, and the steam room, the value is no different from other massage centers in town. But they still expect to charge the 50% higher prices compared to other places. They even asked for prepayment on my credit card when I made the initial appointment over the phone. I refused and said I will pay for the massage after I have it! Won’t return again, not when other quality places charge so much less.

Its a great relaxation environment. Just walking into that building you feel transformed into a tranquil place. Its a beautiful feeling and then add an amazing massage to that and I now go no place else for a massage. I only go to cny healing arts.

This is truly a hidden gem. My message was gifted to me so I was curious about this facility. I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and my message by Kristin was magical. She is a very skilled message therapist and I will definitely ask for her again. She fixes those sore muscles.
