Outstanding service from the moment you walk in until you walk out. The salon is very well organized, it has a lovely calming atmosphere where you can really relax and enjoy the aroma of beautiful scents. Carmen is really lovely and explained from the first appointment that she would tailor the laser hair removal treatment according to my needs – in terms of sensitive areas as well as my own pain threshold. She also addressed and answered all of my concerns and questions at length. Before the first laser treatment she walked me through all the steps of the treatment itself as well as the necessary aftercare. During the treatment she was very attentive to my needs, always making sure l was comfortable and not in pain. Once the laser hair removal treatment was completed she once more instructed me on the importance of following the aftercare advice. Carmen also advised me on some other skin related issues and recommended a few professional products which I must say have been very spot on for the issues I was dealing with. I have completed the whole laser hair removal treatment , and I am extremely pleased with the results. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARMEN, for her professionalism and above all else, the RESULTS!
