I moved here several months ago and have been on the hunt for a new nail tech. I have been impressed with CnL nails, their color selection, professionalism, and adherence to starting appointments on time. For manicures/dip/gel nail I would HIGHLY recommend Lee. She is thorough, takes her time, and listens to the client’s needs. The only adjusting feedback is I would not recommend Henry for pedicures, unless you like your massages and overall pedicure experience more on the strong side. He did do a beautiful job painting my feet, but personally would stick with someone with a lighter hand next time. And lastly, the location is great. It’s right next to a Starbucks, and the facility is well maintained and clean.

Heard a lot of complaints about CNL nails so I was a little skeptical but they were able to get me in as a walk in. They were very nice! Their English was a bit hard to understand so I heard them repeat themselves multiple times to other clients. Maybe people take that as “yelling” but I didn’t see it that way. They were very thorough during my manicure and pedicure. I worked with two different nail techs and both did an amazing job on my French tips. I will definitely be going back!!

I was nervous because of others’ negative reviews but I was on vacation and really wanted a manicure. The tech that did my gel as a walk in was great. No issues whatsoever. No rudeness. My nails look great. If I was local, I’d go back!

My fiancé came here 2 days before our wedding for a manicure and polish. The woman doing her nails was rude, impatient, and unfriendly. She also did a horrible job – didn’t cover the nails all the way in polish, left hairs/bristles sitting in the polish ON THE NAIL, and spoke zero English (I’m not saying everyone needs to speak English, but some is helpful). Also it was $25 which is more expensive than any other manicure she’s ever had. High cost and low quality? No thanks. Avoid going here if you can.

This was the most disappointing service I’ve ever had, just wanted to spend time with my daughter and enjoy getting my nails done but it went down hill fast. The technician were so rough on both of us and made us bleed, in response told us to relax. Once my nails got painted my left thumb nail was a drastically different size. I politely asked him if he could fix this, he proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone and said one of my thumbs is bigger and he cannot fix that. Lol..I have one fat thumb apparently. Honestly I’ve never been so disappointed and humiliated. Will never go back. Please try another nail salon I would never want anyone to feel this way and pay so much for something so horrible. Lesson learned!
