My husband went to this establishment and bought a $200 gift certificate for me for Valentine’s day. He chose this gift because he knows that I never do anything for myself. I was able to get a manicure one time. When I go to pay I pull out my gift certificate and the lady’s entire demeanor changed from friendly to disrespectful. Obviously I had alot left on my gift certificate so 2 weeks later I go to get fill ins. As soon as a walked in (and mind you that no one was in the waiting area) I was told that it would be 3 hours before they could get to me. Now repeat that situation several times. I feel like that they already knew that they had gotten the money for the gift certificate so there was no reason to provide the service. These people are thieves.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI have never had to wait so long to have my nails done!!! When I went in I was told 1/2 hour wait. It took over two hours before it was my turn. I just don’t understand why the supply an demand are so far apart! Hire more help to meet the demand!!! Each time I try and use this local business instead of driving to the beach, there is always a long wait. This happens on weekdays or weekends. It is disappointing that there never seems to be enough people working for their business demand.
