75-minute Thai Massage
This therapy is a series of interactive, flowing movements, stretches and rhythmic massage, along all the body’s energy lines and pressure points. The practitioner uses their body weight in order to move & stretch the client. This therapy can be both very stimulating and deeply relaxing!		$90.00

Thai Massage specifically designed for the lower legs and feet. The session ends with acupressure along different points and meridians in the bottoms of the feet which coordinate with other parts of the body in order to encourage complete homeostasis for the entire body.		$40.00

This ancient therapy is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, move deep inflammation to the skin’s surface for release, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. This therapy is incredibly versatile and the basic movements can easily be customized to accomplish a wide variety of techniques, from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue release. This technique complements medical massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, & physical and occupational therapies.		$75.00

This massage will focus specifically on a troubled area. Range of motion, myofascial techniques and other deep tissue modalities, and kinesiology taping will all be used to promote healing, whether the problem is acute or chronic.		$40.00
75-minute Lomi Lomi
The massage is given in fluid, rhythmic motions using the forearms and hands- Some people have described this as feeling like gentle waves moving over their body. Another feature is that different parts of the body may be massaged at the same time. For example; one arm or hand may be working on a shoulder & the other hand may be working on the opposite hip- This aids the recipient in moving toward complete relaxation because it is impossible, or at least extremely difficult for the brain to focus on the two different areas at once. By not working on areas in isolation, a deep sense of harmony is achieved. While technique is important, the main priority is to love the body, using intuition so the massage is “right” for the client in the moment. The client on the table is not viewed as someone to be fixed, but instead as a being to be returned to to their balanced state. It’s important to remember that the practitioner does not heal but is the simply the facilitator for the healing.		$90.00
