Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI just wanted to take the time to thank you for repairing my hair. Back in October I came in for a hair color appointment. After assessing, you explained that my hair was not in a condition to be colored and would not provide the hair color service at this time. In turn, you gave me a haircut (cut a few inches), hair treatment, and recommendations for future hair care. You easily could have performed the color service and profited. Instead you did what was best for the health of my hair, and I still walked out your salon with a beautiful silk press. Fast forward to today, my hair is so thick and healthy with even more length! But again… Thank you for transforming my hair! I know from firsthand you are knowledgeable and professional with your craft, but most importantly, you truly care for your clients hair! I just wanted to take the time to thank you for repairing my hair. Back in October I came in for a hair color appointment. After assessing, you explained that my hair was not in a condition to be colored and would not provide the hair color service at this time. In turn, you gave me a haircut (cut a few inches), hair treatment, and recommendations for future hair care. You easily could have performed the color service and profited. Critical: ProfessionalismContacted a young lady through email named Teonna Green, came across her profile on IG. Sent her an email to inquire about services. I ASKED HER DID SHE DO SEW INs WITH 2 BUNDLES of hair. I prefer not to have 3 bc I don’t like alot of hair. She responded with a single email asking the lengths and she then told me she recommended 3 bundles so it won’t be thin. I responded back saying I was ok with that bc I wanted it to mimic my real hair. SHE NEVER RESPONDED back. I just sent an email and said nevermind. It was very unprofessional that she did not respond back. I was trying to book a service, but Instead of her saying ” I only do sew ins with 3 bundles only or just anything so I could keep trying to find someone that will do what I want. Just left me completely ghosted. I’m from. ATLANTA and was visiting Maryland, we definitely don’t treat our customers or clients that way. Contacted a young lady through email named Teonna Green, came across her profile on IG. Sent her an email to inquire about services. I ASKED HER DID SHE DO SEW INs WITH 2 BUNDLES of hair. I prefer not to have 3 bc I don’t like alot of hair. She responded with a single email asking the lengths and she then told me she recommended 3 bundles so it won’t be thin.
