Best tanning experience ever! The beds are amazing and state of the art. The massage is beyond words. The Fit Wrap is my favorite way to relax after physical therapy or a tough workout. The lotion selection is vast. The people are always friendly no matter if I’m dressed to the nines or looking like a raga muffin. Don’t go anywhere else, this is THE PLACE TO TAN!

I stopped in to Club Tan for an impromptu visit yesterday morning to get a spray tan, now I am not a resident of the Joplin area but let me just say, this is the friendliest tanning salon I have ever been to and am happy to say Club Tan definitely has gained a returning client on my part for whenever I am in the area and am in need of a bronze glow. The ladies at the front desk were not only beautiful, but also very friendly and accommodating! Their hospitality on my first visit earns my 100/10 recommendation to whoever reads this! I absolutely & completely adore club tan and all of it’s employees!! The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable about all of the different types of beds, and the shop is extremely clean and smells so good. I tanned here for months it was great. It wasn’t untill I tried to cancel my membership TWICE because we were moving back to California. My membership cost hadn’t come out of my bank account in 4 months so I had assumed they were capable of that simple of a task. Yesterday (4 month’s later ) they pulled out $153 of my accout when I had already cancelled and no longer live in Missouri. Now they are saying they never got my written form to cancel and that if I would like to terminate my account I need to send an email. Plus they plan on doing nothing to correct their $153 mistake. I do not have the time or patience to deal with people that are not even capable of working at a tanning salon!
